Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

To support a leading technology consulting firm, the Chief Financial Officer will own end-to-end finances, establish budgets, forecast cash flow, manage treasury, and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, with the role available as full-time or fractional.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage the company's annual budget and cash flow forecasts
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and collections while maintaining audit-ready financial operations
• Lead the transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and support international expansion initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in senior financial leadership roles within organizations of 100+ employees
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and its integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Expertise in budgeting, AP/AR, collections, cash flow forecasting, and treasury management
• Demonstrated experience in transitioning an organization to an ESOP
