Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the remote-eligible Chief Financial Officer will manage strategic financial leadership and operational excellence, driving financial performance and supporting growth initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning process and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable reporting to drive decision-making
• Oversee financial aspects of contract execution and M&A integration to ensure alignment with strategic goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive finance and business leadership experience
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in complex environments
• Strong understanding of financial statements, capital allocation, and cash flow management
• Industry experience in senior living, healthcare, or related sectors is highly desirable
