Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

To support strategic growth initiatives, the contracted Chief Financial Officer will lead financial strategy, planning, and operations remotely, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support long-term growth and profitability
• Oversee all accounting operations and ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation while managing relationships with financial institutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred
• CPA or other advanced financial credential strongly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility
• Demonstrated success in financial operations within SaaS, healthcare technology, or high-growth technology organizations
• Extensive experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance
