Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

To support strategic financial initiatives, the contracted Chief Financial Officer will lead financial strategy, planning, and operations, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while working in a flexible remote or onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support long-term growth and profitability
• Oversee all accounting operations and ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements and reports
• Monitor cash flow and manage relationships with financial institutions to support operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• CPA or other advanced financial credential strongly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
• Demonstrated success in financial operations within SaaS or healthcare technology organizations
• Extensive experience with financial planning, analysis, and reporting, including GAAP compliance
