Job Summary

Leading a team of finance and data professionals, the full-time remote Chief Financial Officer will drive EBITDA margin improvement, operationalize accountability frameworks, and democratize financial intelligence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Operationalize a goal accountability framework to align business initiatives with financial outcomes
• Enhance EBITDA margin and LTV:CAC efficiency to support revenue growth
• Deliver self-serve dashboards and real-time P&L visibility to empower decision-making across teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in high-growth, profitable businesses with physical inventory experience
• Proven experience leading finance, accounting, data, and BizOps functions
• Background in a high-growth company adapting to public-company practices
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and embrace AI in operations
• Strong commitment to integrity and empowering leadership principles
