Job Summary

Leading the financial strategy for a rapidly growing tech startup, the full-time remote Chief Financial Officer will manage financial operations, oversee FP&A and modeling, and partner with the executive team on fundraising and investor relations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the finance and accounting function, establishing a financial strategy for sustainable growth
• Own FP&A directly, creating and maintaining forecasts and financial models
• Guide the company through audits, tax compliance, and month-end close, ensuring accurate financial reporting

Required qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in corporate finance, accounting (GAAP), and SaaS metrics
• Experience operating at the CFO or VP Finance level in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment
• Proven track record in leading fundraising efforts and managing investor relationships
• Ability to build financial models independently while setting strategic direction
• Capability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
