Job Summary

Partnering with the CEO to shape financial strategy, the full-time Chief Financial Officer will oversee fiscal performance, compliance, and risk management while working remotely with a focus on supporting organizational goals in Southern California.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to execute strategic goals across the organization
• Provide insights on performance, risk, and opportunities to the Board and Executive Committee
• Ensure compliance and oversee risk management and audit readiness from a financial perspective

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, with 5+ years at the executive level
• Deep expertise in GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A
• Hands-on experience with M&A activity and risk management
• Working knowledge of state and federal funding programs
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business preferred
