Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

To support a growing DTC brand, the full-time remote Chief Financial Officer will own the financial strategy and operations, focusing on planning, reporting, cash management, and team development while partnering with the executive team to drive profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Co-Founders and executive team to align financial priorities with company strategy
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across the organization
• Build and develop the finance team and infrastructure to support ongoing business scale

Required qualifications

• Prior experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth consumer business
• Deep knowledge of DTC, eCommerce, retail, and performance marketing business models
• Extensive experience in FP&A, accounting, cash management, and capital allocation
• Proven track record of building finance teams during periods of rapid growth
• Strong commercial judgment and executive presence to collaborate with cross-functional leaders
