Chief Financial Officer
Job Summary
Driving the financial strategy for a high-growth AI-native platform, the full-time Chief Financial Officer will own the finance function, lead Series D funding efforts, and architect a scalable financial infrastructure while collaborating remotely across U.S. and European time zones.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise value creation through identifying new revenue streams and optimizing pricing strategies
- Design and implement the financial architecture and operating model for the company
- Lead capital markets strategy and manage investor relationships to prepare for institutional financing
Required qualifications:
- Experience as a Chief Financial Officer or senior finance executive in a high-growth SaaS or AI company
- Proven track record of scaling businesses from approximately $20M to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in AI-driven finance operations and automation
- Experience with pricing, monetization, and unit economic strategies for AI or SaaS products
- Background in managing finance across multiple international jurisdictions
