Chief Financial Officer
Job Summary
To support a growing cybersecurity company, the full-time Chief Financial Officer will lead financial strategy, oversee finance and accounting operations, and serve as the primary financial voice to the board and executive team in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Own board reporting and key SaaS metrics, advising on pricing and capital allocation
- Set and execute financial strategy in partnership with the CEO and board, while managing all financial operations
- Build and lead a finance team, ensuring rigorous financial operations and strong cross-functional partnerships
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO in a company with $50M to $200M in revenue, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
- Direct experience leading finance through significant transactions, such as M&A
- Track record of building strong financial operations with reliable forecasting and internal controls
- Experience working closely with a board and CEO in a scaleup environment
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity ecosystem and experience with distributed SaaS revenue models
