Chief Financial Officer
Job Summary
To lead the finance organization through a phase of profitable growth, the full-time Chief Financial Officer will manage FP&A, Strategic Finance, and Accounting teams, driving business insight and financial discipline, while being a key partner to the CEO and other departments, with the option to work remotely from Denver, CO or Austin, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop the FP&A, Strategic Finance, and Accounting teams to deliver business insight and rigorous financial analysis
- Build and sustain a culture of financial discipline that supports both high growth and profitability
- Partner with other departments to foster success and champion Orchard's workplace culture
Required qualifications
- At least 10+ years of success in financial leadership roles
- Experience with systems thinking and leading teams through personal leadership and process discipline
- An entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and effectiveness in fast-moving environments
- Strong customer focus and intellectual curiosity, with comfort in making decisions under uncertainty
- M&A experience is a plus but not required
