Chief Financial Officer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer for a fully remote, fractional engagement, who will manage financial planning and analysis, optimize data-driven insights across the organization, and support strategic growth initiatives in a healthcare startup focused on whole-person care.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with teams to refine go-to-market strategies and lead Healthcare Economic and Outcomes Research (HEOR)
- Own the financial strategy, including building financial models and supporting fundraising efforts
- Oversee the revenue cycle management lifecycle, improving billing and collections outcomes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in healthcare finance and revenue cycle management within behavioral health
- Experience with multi-site healthcare operations and scaling early-stage startups
- MBA or CPA; experience in data-driven compensation design preferred
- Demonstrated ability to operate as both strategist and executor in fast-paced environments
