Job Summary

• Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO, management team, and Board, providing financial and business insights
• Drive financial leadership, profit improvement, and operational excellence through best practices and process enhancements
• Lead strategic financial planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives, including M&A and partnerships

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in PE-backed SaaS businesses during significant growth
• Track record of developing FP&A processes and leveraging data to drive value
• Expert-level knowledge of relevant metrics and targets for a tech-enabled services business
• Proven experience implementing financial infrastructure for future growth
• Ability to effectively partner with financial sponsors and communicate with various stakeholders
