Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer for their organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including staff oversight, accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, grant budgeting, and internal control policies
• Participate in strategic planning, evaluation, and professional development initiatives
• Manage financial transactions, reporting, and compliance with government requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in a complex, non-profit organization and guiding finance function growth
• Demonstrated command of nonprofit fund accounting and GAAP compliance
• Ability to think strategically and navigate through systems changes
• Degree in Accounting, Master's degree preferred
• Experience with creating financial statements, general ledger functions, and enterprise level accounting software
