• Scale world-class Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Business Operations, Legal and Facilities capabilities to support company's growth aspirations as a platform

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience as a CFO or Head of Finance at multiple leading SaaS/FinTech companies
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Experience in building tech-enabled Finance and Accounting organizations
• Successful fundraising experience from Series D through IPO
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and treasury management
