Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Lead finance and accounting functions, improve processes, and advise executive leadership team members and business unit leaders
• Direct budget and forecast processes, monitor financial performance, and provide reporting for decision support
• Implement and monitor SaaS metrics and KPIs to understand performance and provide meaningful business analysis

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with a minimum of 5 years as Chief Financial Officer
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar discipline; Master's degree/MBA, CMA or CPA license strongly preferred
• Experience working with Private Equity or VC backed sponsors
• Global SaaS experience including oversight of operational teams and customers globally
• Successful track record scaling a SaaS company from $50M to $200M
