Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to drive financial planning, risk management, and fundraising, while managing a team of financial controllers and analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the company's financial planning
• Perform risk management and analyze liabilities and investments
• Control and evaluate fundraising plans and capital structure

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as CFO or relevant role
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
