Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary

To support a growing accounting firm, the full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will manage financial activities, provide strategic financial input to leadership, and oversee the Finance team's operations, including budgeting and financial reporting, while based in St. Louis, MO.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with firm leaders to evaluate opportunities and manage costs effectively
• Interpret financial statements and provide strategic feedback to management
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field (CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of accounting or finance experience, with previous CFO experience preferred
• 10+ years of supervisory experience managing large teams
• Strong working knowledge of financial software packages such as Microsoft Dynamics or Sage Intacct
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions
