Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the enterprise financial strategy aligned to commercialization
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range modeling in a capital-intensive environment
• Oversee accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and internal controls across US and Canadian operations

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years at the executive level
• Experience supporting a company through its path to commercialization from R&D to early revenue operations
• Background in autonomous systems, robotics, or other complex engineering environments preferred
• Experience managing large-scale R&D budgets ($250M+) and translating engineering milestones into financial impacts
• Strong understanding of multi-state U.S. and Canadian financial and compliance requirements
