Job Summary

Leading the financial strategy for a rapidly growing global technology company preparing for an IPO, the full-time Chief Financial Officer - CPA Licensed will manage financial planning, oversee SEC filings, and coordinate the IPO process while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial planning, including capital allocation, forecasting, and budgeting
• Oversee SEC filings and ensure SOX readiness while building strong internal controls and governance structures
• Coordinate the end-to-end IPO process, working closely with underwriters, legal counsel, and auditors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• CPA or equivalent professional certification required
• 15+ years of progressive finance and leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in a CFO role
• Proven track record as CFO in a rapidly growing revenue company, ideally in high-growth industries
• Experience leading an IPO process, including SEC compliance and transition to public company reporting
