Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth strategy including paid media, digital funnels, and CRM systems
• Design and optimize AI-powered lead intake systems and manage performance campaigns across various channels
• Lead the design and deployment of AI-based workflows for customer engagement and pipeline optimization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, DTC lending, plaintiff funding, or legal fintech
• Proven experience in scaling performance marketing with clear ROI
• Deep familiarity with AI tools for customer acquisition and funnel automation
• Proficient in CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Data- and KPI-driven mindset with ability to work autonomously
