Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of generating $15M+ annually across multiple revenue streams
• Strong strategic and operational skills with experience in nonprofit financial management
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and building high-performing teams
• Familiarity with government grant systems and workforce development initiatives is a plus
