Job Summary

To scale a high-performing sales organization, the full-time Chief Growth Officer will develop and execute sales strategies, optimize pipeline management, and drive new business growth within the automotive marketing industry in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on new business acquisition within the automotive dealership market
  • Design, implement, and optimize a predictable and scalable sales pipeline while maintaining data integrity within CRM systems
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor top sales talent, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth across the sales organization
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in the automotive or digital marketing industries
  • Deep knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly Tier 2 and Tier 3 dealership landscape
  • Proven track record of driving new business growth and expanding dealership client portfolios
  • Expertise in building and managing data-driven sales processes and forecasting models
