Job Summary
To drive new business growth within the automotive marketing industry, the full-time Chief Growth Officer will scale a high-performing sales team, optimize pipeline management, and develop sales strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies focused on new business acquisition within the automotive dealership market
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive revenue growth across all revenue-generating functions
- Design and optimize a scalable sales pipeline while maintaining data integrity within CRM systems for accurate forecasting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in the automotive or digital marketing industries
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly Tier 2 and Tier 3 dealership landscapes
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Expertise in managing data-driven sales processes and pipeline metrics
