Job Summary
To drive new business growth within the automotive marketing industry, the full-time Chief Growth Officer will scale a high-performing sales team, optimize pipeline management, and develop sales strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies focused on new business acquisition within the automotive dealership market
- Leverage data-driven insights to drive revenue growth and inform strategic decisions based on key performance indicators
- Recruit, develop, and mentor top sales talent while establishing performance metrics to ensure adherence to revenue targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in the automotive or digital marketing industries
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly Tier 2 and Tier 3 dealership landscapes
- Proven track record of driving new business growth and expanding dealership client portfolios
- Expertise in building and managing data-driven sales processes and forecasting models
