Job Summary
Driving sustainable revenue growth, the full-time Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will lead go-to-market execution, align company resources to growth objectives, and oversee customer acquisition and retention strategies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement differentiated go-to-market strategies across multiple channels
- Manage a portfolio of brands while ensuring effective execution of marketing and sales campaigns
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive revenue operations and achieve performance goals
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited university; advanced business degree preferred
- Significant experience in E-Commerce and subscription-based business models
- Proven track record in customer acquisition, retention, and managing revenue operations for large-scale businesses
- Experience with digital marketing, AI, and Martech within SMB markets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large, global teams
