Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing organization, the full-time Chief Human Resources Officer will lead the HR function, align people strategies with business objectives, and oversee the full employee lifecycle while operating in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to align people strategy with business growth and operational goals
• Lead talent acquisition, HR operations, total rewards, and learning and development initiatives
• Coach leaders at all levels to strengthen decision-making and organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading an HR function in a high-growth, operationally complex organization
• Expertise in designing and implementing talent development and succession planning programs
• Strong background in talent strategy, compensation, benefits, and HR systems
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to influence organizational strategy
• Ability to translate business objectives into effective HR programs and processes
