Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to provide strategic direction across the entire IT organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategy and roadmap to align with business objectives
- Oversee the management of business applications, data strategy, and IT infrastructure
- Lead and develop the IT team while managing vendor relationships and ensuring cybersecurity compliance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
- Progressive technology leadership experience with a successful track record in IT strategy implementation
- Strong knowledge of business applications including CRM, ERP, and eCommerce systems
- Expertise in information security best practices and IT service delivery
- Experience in managing in-house and outsourced IT teams in rapidly growing companies
