Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide technology strategy aligned with business growth objectives
• Oversee all software engineering initiatives and internal platform development
• Own the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, ensuring protection of company and client data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including at least 5 years in C-level or senior executive roles
• Proven track record leading technology organizations in companies of similar size ($50M-$250M revenue range)
• Strong background in B2B SaaS, technology-enabled services, or business process management
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development
