Job Summary

Leading the IT & Cybersecurity Division, the full-time Chief Information Officer will manage strategy, operations, service delivery, and client engagement in a remote setting while driving the growth and effectiveness of the Company's technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT & Cybersecurity Division, establishing priorities and operational standards
• Oversee delivery of IT & CS-related client services and manage client relationships regarding technology initiatives
• Manage the operational and financial performance of the IT & CS Division, including budget development and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT and cybersecurity leadership roles
• Strong background in operational and financial management within technology divisions
• Expertise in emerging technologies, including AI and automation
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as CMMC and NIST
• Ability to develop and mentor technical teams effectively
