Chief Information Officer

Job Summary

Leading a 175-person organization in a full-time remote capacity, the Chief Information Officer will manage the enterprise technology strategy, optimize operational efficiencies, and drive AI transformation while ensuring financial controls and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategy and optimization for the core tech stack and manage over 400 applications to drive down debt and costs
• Lead the internal AI Transformation team to embed AI capabilities across business workflows and oversee the rollout of productivity tools
• Partner with Finance to ensure transaction integrity and support audit readiness while reallocating technology investments to underserved areas

Required qualifications

• Experience leading a 50+ person IT/Business Systems organization with a substantial budget in a complex, multi-channel business
• Proven track record in driving enterprise AI adoption beyond pilot stages with measurable outcomes
• Expertise in managing a modern core stack (CRM, ERP, HRIS) and a large application portfolio
• Strong financial acumen, with experience collaborating with CFOs and external auditors on revenue recognition and audit readiness
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams while evolving organizational structures
