Chief Information Security Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead their security team and develop a robust security program.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory expectations
• Lead the Security group and foster a high-performance culture focused on risk management
• Oversee risk management processes and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role related to information security and IT
• Prior experience in financial technology or regulated environments is a plus
• Experience with digital asset management systems is advantageous
• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable
• Must be located in and have work authorization in the United States
