Chief Information Security Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer to lead its enterprise security program.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise security strategy and architecture, defining governance principles aligned to relevant frameworks
• Build and maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks, leading incident readiness and response
• Establish asset inventory and secure lab networks while partnering with engineering teams for secure software development

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise security programs and teams with direct CIO reporting
• Success in aligning programs to NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and achieving compliance
• Proven ability in operationalizing policy management and audit readiness
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance control rigor with delivery needs
• Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred
