Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead their security strategy in a hands-on, entrepreneurial role focused on AI security.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the security strategy across infrastructure, data, and AI systems
• Build security features into AI agent systems and ensure compliance with governance models
• Lead incident response, threat modeling, and develop security products from internal tooling

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a CISO, VP of Security, or Head of Security in a high-growth tech company
• Hands-on experience securing AI and machine learning systems
• Proven ability to build and operate cloud-native security programs
• Deep understanding of threat modeling and red teaming, especially with AI-specific attack vectors
• Track record of developing or contributing to security products that customers use
