Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the security strategy, establishing governance models and ensuring compliance with frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO
• Integrate security as a core feature in AI agent systems, designing monitoring and policy enforcement mechanisms
• Lead incident response, threat modeling, and develop frameworks for unique risks associated with AI systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a CISO, VP of Security, or Head of Security in a high-growth tech company, preferably with AI systems
• Hands-on experience securing AI and machine learning systems, including LLM architectures and model training pipelines
• Proven ability to build and operate cloud-native security programs across platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Deep understanding of threat modeling and red teaming, with experience in AI-specific attack vectors
• Track record of developing security products or tools that have been utilized by customers
