Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the security strategy, establishing governance models and ensuring compliance
• Build security features into AI agent systems, implementing monitoring and policy enforcement
• Lead incident response and threat modeling, developing frameworks for AI-specific risks

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a CISO, VP of Security, or Head of Security in a high-growth tech company
• Hands-on experience securing AI and machine learning systems
• Experience with cloud-native security programs across major platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Deep understanding of threat modeling and red teaming, particularly with AI systems
• Track record of building or contributing to security products used by customers
