Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the overall information security program, focusing on engineering, threat management, and compliance
• Manage incident response programs and oversee information governance activities, including audits and risk assessments
• Lead and mentor a team of IT and security professionals, managing departmental budgets and training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical security experience, with 4+ years in leadership roles
• Experience with global, cross-functional teams and leading security compliance projects
• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as NYDFS, GDPR, and NIST CSF
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Security, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security management and securing remote work environments
