Chief Information Security Officer

Job Summary

As a key member of the Technology Leadership Team, the full-time Chief Information Security Officer will define and execute the global security strategy, lead security operations and governance, and ensure compliance with international regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global cyber security strategy aligned with business objectives and risk appetite
• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned to relevant frameworks
• Oversee global Security Operations, including monitoring, detection, threat intelligence, and incident response

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of incident response leadership and crisis management
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
• Strong knowledge of modern enterprise security practices and frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001
• Experience securing cloud and development environments across platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
