Job Summary

A credit union is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to create and manage the information security program, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide guidance on security infrastructure changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for business continuity, information security, and incident response programs
  • Create and modify policies and procedures related to data treatment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Keep up to date with developments in the threat landscape, advise leadership on security implications, and coordinate breach response and investigations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a banking-related or security-related field
  • 7-10 years of information security experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in banking, credit union, or government finance
  • Clear understanding of banking regulatory requirements for information security
  • Professional security designation such as CISSP, CISA, CISM
