Job Summary

To lead the transformation of marketing and communications, the full-time Chief Marketing Officer will oversee brand strategy, consumer insights, and integrated campaigns that enhance global impact and drive product sales, while working closely with the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end transformation of the marketing function into a strategic, insight-driven capability
  • Define and operationalize a comprehensive brand equity framework to position the organization as a distinct and culturally resonant brand
  • Build a best-in-class insights function to translate consumer and stakeholder data into actionable marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive marketing and communications experience, including senior leadership roles
  • Proven success in leading consumer and business marketing strategies with strong partnership development
  • Strong ability to craft compelling narratives from complex supply chain and sustainability data
  • Experience in leading modern marketing teams that deliver measurable results through experimentation
  • Deep understanding of social media strategy and creator/influencer marketing
