Key Responsibilities

• Drive ML research to shape the AI platform and PaaS roadmap, translating developments into product direction
• Convert ML pipeline insights into actionable requirements, reference architectures, and benchmarks
• Build collaborations with universities and research labs to accelerate innovation and establish quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in machine learning research and/or applied ML
• 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role, influencing multiple teams and stakeholders
• Proven ability to translate research insights into product impact, including requirements and roadmaps
• Experience engaging with strategic customers in technical discussions
• Demonstrated collaboration with universities or research labs through joint projects or publications
