Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Nurse Practitioner function across all clinics, ensuring high standards of patient care and operational excellence
• Develop and implement clinical policies and workflows aligned with preventative medicine practices
• Oversee quality assurance programs to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical experience in preventative medicine, primary care, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in a high-growth, start-up, or innovative healthcare environment
• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing
• Strong knowledge of preventative healthcare and early disease detection
• Experience in scaling clinical operations and driving quality initiatives
