Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the operating system for quarterly planning and strategic initiatives
• Lead strategic projects including international expansion and organizational design
• Drive clarity and alignment through strategic documentation and operational oversight

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in strategy, operations, or business leadership
• Preferred background in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise B2B
• Proven track record in revenue operations or strategic initiatives
• Experience with international expansion or emerging markets is a bonus
• Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy & Ops, or BizOps role is advantageous
