Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff for their Vice President of Product Management, Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Thought partner to the VP PM on major strategies and initiatives
Ensure VP PM is positioned for impact and drive business forward in key meetings
Anticipate opportunities and challenges, represent VP PM in key meetings, and drive critical initiatives

Required Qualifications:

7-10 years of senior leadership experience in product management
Proven track record of execution and ability to get to the root cause of challenges
Experience in leading diverse and customer-centric teams
Knowledge of SaaS and/or enterprise software industry, agile product development, and/or P&C insurance
