• Design and maintain the operating model for Strategy & Ops, ensuring integration with strategic planning
• Serve as a liaison between teams, coordinating strategic inputs and supporting organizational storytelling

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business operations or strategic program management
• Experience with executive-level operations and managing complex programs
• Proven success in high-visibility initiatives within evolving environments
• Prior experience working with executive leadership or boards is preferred
