Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the annual and quarterly planning process, develop team OKRs, and team budgets
• Ensure all marketing deliverables are on time, act as an editor on behalf of the CMO, and drive accountability for marketing functions
• Oversee team communications for the Office of the CMO to drive alignment and clarity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, ideally as a Chief of Staff or in communications roles in Marketing
• Experience in budget development and goal setting
• A solid understanding of various marketing functions
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred
