Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with the Head of Operations in executing critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive 2-4 high-stakes projects with significant business impact
• Ensure company visibility and alignment on goals through regular check-ins with department heads
• Support operational leadership by evaluating performance and identifying operational gaps

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-stakes operations projects
• Background in roles such as Chief of Staff, Head of BizOps, or similar
• Deep familiarity with subscription business metrics
• Experience in interviewing, team building, and organizational design
• Willingness to travel 3-4 times per year, often internationally
