Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the President & General Manager, driving operational excellence across the Data + Analytics business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and decision-making for the product portfolio
• Own daily operations and maintain executive dashboards to track business performance
• Lead product rationalization and oversee organizational development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in product operations, operational strategy, or management consulting
• Proven experience with product portfolio rationalization in complex deployment models
• Strong operational execution with experience in building metrics frameworks
• Demonstrated success in driving technology adoption and organizational transformations
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
