Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO in developing and operationalizing company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to develop and translate company strategy into actionable plans
• Lead planning cycles and manage cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment on priorities
• Own key strategic projects from problem identification through execution

Required Qualifications

• Deeply rigorous thinker with a scientific approach to strategy and problem-solving
• Strong operational skills with experience in translating strategy into execution
• Highly analytical and comfortable using data to inform decisions
• Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investing, or early-stage startups is a plus
• Strong judgment and ability to influence without direct authority
