Key Responsibilities

• Enhance decision quality and speed across the Product and Technology organization
• Establish and maintain an effective product operating system to improve organizational clarity and alignment
• Own and resolve complex cross-organizational issues while ensuring clear communication of strategy and priorities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in a Chief of Staff role or as a senior product leader
• Proven ability to build and improve product operating systems
• Experience managing complex multi-team initiatives
• Strong understanding of product strategy and operational depth
• Familiarity with AI and its application in product and operations
